Quality Control & Logistics

Traceability: Lot-level sourcing from vetted producers and cooperatives. Full origin documentation and packing lists per shipment.

Quality checks: Pre-shipment sampling, moisture and density tests, visual defect counts to agreed standards (e.g., SCA for coffee).

Compliance: Export documentation incl. commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin. Additional lab COA available on request.

Logistics capacity: FOB Puerto Quetzal and Santo Tomas de Castilla. CIF available via partner forwarders. Containerised FCL (20'/40') and bulk options depending on commodity.

Payment & terms: Incoterms 2020 (FOB/CIF). Payment terms commonly T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, subject to credit and KYC.
